Uses of scoop coater for screen printing:
Scoop coater is the coating tools that use to coat the liquid emulsion into the mesh or screen.
Scoop coater helps us to apply the emulsion evenly and perfectly into the mesh .Perfect coating gives good exposing and good exposing gives better print quality. Scoop coater also helps to remove the extra emulsion from the screen. It also helps to do fast application of emulsion for fast production. It comes in various sizes and in various quality .Mostly it comes in aluminium with single edges or duel edges.
The size of the scoop coater needs to be select according to the frame sizes.
